Urid Dhal Bonda


Ingredients:

1.Urid dhal - 2 Cups
2.Green chilly - 2
3.Ginger - 1 inch piece (Chopped)
4.Pepper - 1 tsp
5.Coconut - 1/4 Cup (Chopped pieces)
6.Coriander - 1/4 Cup(Optional)
7.Curry leaf - Small qty
8.Oil - Oil to fry
9.Salt - Needed qty

Procedure:

1.Soak urid dhal for 45 minutes.
2.Drain water and grind the dhal along with green chillies in the mixer without water.
3.Just sprinkle water now and then to make the paste smooth and fluffy.(If you add more water then your Bondas will be oil soaked)
4.Once the grinding is over,add the other ingredients except oil.
5.Heat oil in a kadai and fry bondas till crispy.
6.Serve hot with coconut chutney.
