Veg Fried Rice





Ingredients:

1. Rice - 2 Cups
2. Carrot - 1/2 Cup (Finely lengthwise cut)
3. Beans - 1/2 Cup (Finely cut)
4. Onion - 1 Cup (Finely lengthwise cut)
5. Cabbage - 1/2 Cup (Finely lengthwise cut)
6. Bell Pepper - 1/2 Cup (Finely lengthwise cut)
7. Ginger-Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
8. White/Black Pepper powder - 1.5 tsp (More or less according to your taste)
9. Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
10. Chilli Sauce - 1/2 tsp
11. Oil - 1 tbs
12. Salt - Needed qty

Procedure:

1. Cook rice and keep aside.

2. Take a pan, add oil and then add ginger-garlic paste. Fry till raw smell is gone.

3. Now, add all the vegetables and half cook in medium flame.

4. Then add the chilli sauce, soya sauce,salt and pepper powder. Mix well.

5. Now add the cooked rice. Mix the contents and keep the pan closed and lower the flame.

6. Keep it as such for about 5 minutes.

7. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
