Beet Greens and Moong Dhal Poriyal

The beet greens have bitter taste but they contain higher amount of Iron than spinach. Beet greens also contain significant amounts of calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and sodium. This goes to my event "Best Out of waste".

6. Coconut - 1/4 tsp (Optional)
7. Salt - Required Qty
8. Red Chilly - 2

Check out $40 giveaway @ bo's bowl.

Procedure :

2. Add coconut and keep this aside.
3. Now cook chopped greens and moong dhal with salt in enough water.
4. Once cooked, add the contents in the pan. Mix well.
