Rice and Dhal Porridge - Baby Food

Ingredients :

1. Parboiled Rice
2. Moong Dhal



Procedure :

1. Dry roast rice and dhal separately.
2. Cool and then grind rice and dhal together to a fine coarse powder.
3. Store in an air-tight container.
4. Use one or two tablespoon of this powder to prepare porridge.
5. Dilute with water if the porridge is too thick.
6. Add minimum quantity of salt or sugar if needed.
