This is a very simple recipe. This goes good with any rice variety and indian bread.
1. Cucumber - 1 (Medium Sized)
2. Yogurt / Curd - 1 Cup
3. Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
4. Sugar - 1/4 tsp
5. Salt - Needed Qty
1. Chop cucumber in to small pieces. (If you want, you can peel the skin before chopping the cucumber)
2. Combine all the ingredients.
3. Serve with rice and roti.
Time Taken for Preparation : Less than 5 Minutes.
